We understand that weather can be unpredictable and may sometimes prevent water sports activities from taking place. If the weather conditions do not allow for your scheduled activity to be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule your activity for another available date.
At the Watersports Centre we do offer the option to hire one of our professional photographers to capture all the action from your activity. Please speak to the Location Team on arrival who can talk you through these packages.
Yes, we have both showers and changing rooms available for your convenience.
No, you don’t need to bring any safety equipment. We provide all necessary safety gear for each activity, which dependent on your activity of choice may include helmet, lifejacket and safety gloves.
Participants are required to check in at our centre 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
For Flyboarding: Riders must be at least 12 years old. The maximum weight limit is 100 kg (220 lbs). Riders under 12 years old must have a legal parent or guardian sign a waiver.
For Jetpack, Jetovator, and Hoverboard: Riders must be at least 17 years old.

Yes, you can! Our instructors will provide you with a comprehensive lesson and guide you on how to make the most of your chosen activity.
To receive a refund on your deposit, you must notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before or fail to show up for the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Full refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding taxes and bank transfer fees. Refunds typically take 10 to 45 days to process, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.
